HEEEEEELPP! help help help helllppp?

i got my "dot" (i don't want to say it) 1st time and it was really bloody and gory and i had it at least a few times every week. i thought it was supposed to be a month! and every time my stomach doesn't get cramps, it's just bubbly in there like my organs in side me are dancing or like there's bubble wrap in me :o. and then i have to throw my underwear in the back of my room all covered w/ blood so no one sees and i never wash them and i just get a new pair in my drawer and put tissue in it but it doesn't work that long..AHHHH! I DUNNO WHAT TO DO?? my family also isn't that close w/ each other cause we have "issues" and i get shy really easily and i have self esteem issues. and i'm 12 and have no friends to talk to..:..(
