Help me fix a monitor?

Hey, the problem with it is the inverter board. (the thing that converts the power for the backlight) see if you can get if fixed or replaced, by the manufacturer, but if you can't try DIY and look for the right part on ebay or something. Use the model number and stuff to look for the right inverter board. (GOOD LUCK!)
