Redness around the ?

I noticed this morning i started to have some itchiness on my when i looked i noticed the side of my on the foreskin its red and gets more red when i touch it, so i don't wanna touch it anymore. Anyways last week i had jaw surgery it was last tuesday on my jaw and for a day i had a kafatera(or have ever you spell it) the tube that goes in your bladder. I'm wondering if this is maybe whats causing the problem ? also i started wearing PJ's for the first time since i was little and i'm wondering if its the fabric ? i have undies but slip-outs happen Also when i urine i don't get a burning feeling and i also haven't been ually active.
