Trying to find more information on the artist, Felix Palm, and who might collect his works?

We have a black & white drawing of my father (16" x 20") done after WWII, signed by Felix Palm and dated April 14, 1946. I was able to match the signature to an example shown through (I believe) the Chicago Art Museum. We are trying to find out the possible value of this drawing.
