Painfull bump by and bleeding.?

Okay so i am 25. i have a bump before right by my and it went away on it own. it just hurt like a S.O.B. Now i got one it hurts but not unbarable. Well today i got up after a night of drink with friends and had to use the bathroom. Well there was a little discomfort, it was very loose almost like water and then there was alot of blood on the toilet paper but could not see any in the bowl. any ideas on wtf this is?
