Couped up in the house with a sick 1 year old...what can we do to p the time!?

He has a bad cold. His fever is gone, but he's still cranky and congested. I don't want to take him out, and we've been staying in since Sunday. He's been resting, lots of naps, but still has some energy to play. What can we do to p the time?
