I have a Magnavox 49" big screen tv with like a green haze around the people and at the bottom of the screen

Magnavox 49" big screen tv made in 1996 the model number is 57431347 like i said it has a green haze i dont have the remote i need it for this tv can somebody tell me the one i need and how to fix the green haze and when changing channels it has green haze at the bottom of the screen like when the sceen is black thanks any help would help thanks
