In Western society, do you think quiet and shy people are dehumanised?

To the main of your question no quiet and shy people are not dehumanized by western society but what happens is when a person is the shy people they are forgotten they sometime don't a mark on people because in this society we are loud and because of that loud society we have to make a loud impression on people or they forget us. I'm not a shy guy but I'm not a loud and in your face kind of person but to me the shy people make the biggest mark because most might not notice but, it is the quiet people that make biggest of things happen. It's only the loud people who present it " they have to be good for something to".
