Why do people who are against marriage bother going into the wedding section of Yahoo Answers?

I'm a bride-to-be and have been using the wedding section of Yahoo! Answers to connect with other future brides to help each other with this hectic time. However, I get saddened when I see a bride ask a question about flowers only to be told not to get married at all. I just don't understand the point of those answers. If you are one of the people doing this, please respond and tell me why you feel the need to behave in such a hurtful way. Maybe if I understand you it won't seem hurtful at all. Just looking for a little background so I can show you the compion you haven't shown others.
