Does Hugh Hefner really have 3 girlfriends?

I hate reality shows I never watch them but a co worker told me that hef has a reality show called "The Girls Next Door" and that he apparently has 3 girlfriends that are like 18 years old each. Sick isn't he like 90 years old? I seriously doubt these girls have with them? Is that even possible. Yuck.
