What's the difference between a DNR and physician-isted suicide?

DNR can also be interpreted as religious. If a person believes that them being resuscitated would be an insult to God for trying to prolong an undeserved life (as if God was taking them for a reason, and it would be wrong to bring them back). That way, the doctors won't get sued for resuscitating someone who didn't want to be. BONUS: Some people believe they would go to hell for this. ANOTHER BONUS: Some people want it as a source of isted suicide, and its not religious at all. If they have a suicide attempt and just get into a coma, they would be allowed to die.
